DAOISTIC
PHILOSOPHY
Energywork based on Chinese and Daoist philosophy involves working with the body’s natural energy systems to promote health, balance, and well-being. In Daoist philosophy, the body’s energy is known as “Qi” 氣 and is considered to be the fundamental energy that animates all life.
Chinese and Daoist energy work involve practices such as qigong, taiji, meditation and stimulating the flow of energy. These practices focus on cultivating and moving the body’s Qi through specific channels or pathways, sometimes called meridians, in order to balance and harmonise the body’s energy.
Overall, energy work based on Chinese and Daoist philosophy is a holistic approach to healing and well-being that emphasizes the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.
By cultivating and balancing the body’s energy systems, practitioners can improve health, reduce stress, and promote a sense of peace and well-being.
